Who can do what in a Planning Poker room and on a retrospective board

Agile Toolbox has no user administration of its own. Access follows Jira: anyone who can see a project’s board can open its refinements and retrospectives, and anyone who can see an issue can join its Planning Poker room. Inside a room or a board, a small set of actions is reserved for the person who set it up.
Planning Poker rooms
The user who configures a room becomes its owner. Everyone else who opens the issue joins as a participant.

Allow change the room owner or configuration in the room configuration is what opens the last two rows to participants. Switch it on for teams that rotate facilitators or want to carry on when the owner is away.
Refinements
Every user with access to the board can create, rename, reorder and delete refinements, add issues to them and remove issues from them. There is no owner of a refinement; ownership applies to the individual rooms inside it.
Retrospective boards
The user who creates a retrospective is its creator. Every other participant can add, edit and delete cards, vote within the budget, react, group cards, and create or link Jira issues from cards.

Anyone can edit and reveal the cards is set when the retrospective is created and can be changed later by the creator.
Anonymous retrospectives
On an anonymous board nobody, including the creator, can see who wrote a card, who voted or who reacted. Only counts are shown. Anonymity is permanent once the board is saved with it.
Jira permissions still apply
Creating an issue from a retrospective card or writing story points to an issue uses your own Jira permissions. If you cannot create issues in the project, or edit the story-point field, the app cannot do it on your behalf.
